These terms apply to every booking at Wintermoods, a concept by JE Concept.

Booking

A booking is only final after our written confirmation by e-mail. Booking starts at 10 people; smaller groups join a shared table.

Number of people

The number you confirm at the latest 48 hours in advance is the number we charge. If more people turn up we add them; if fewer do, the confirmed number still applies.

Prices

All prices are per person and include VAT. Children pay € 1,50 per year of age. Spirits and champagne are not part of the formula and are charged separately.

Cancellation

Free cancellation or change up to 48 hours before the start. After that we charge the confirmed number of people.

Payment

Payment is made on the spot at the end of the evening, or by invoice if agreed beforehand.

Liability

Always report allergies and dietary requirements in advance; without notice we cannot guarantee them. JE Concept is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Photography

We sometimes take atmospheric photographs during our evenings. If you would rather not appear in them, tell us on arrival and we will take that into account.
