Wintermoods is a concept by JE Concept. This page explains which details we keep when you use the booking form, and what we do with them.

Which details

Only what you fill in yourself: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the preferred date, the number of people, the chosen formula and whatever else you write to us.

What for

Solely to answer your request and arrange your booking. We do not use your details for advertising and never pass them on to third parties.

How long

We keep the e-mail of your request for as long as it is useful for following up your booking, and at most two years after that. Nothing is stored on the website itself.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and loads no external scripts, trackers or third-party fonts. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Processors

The form sends your message through Resend (e-mail) and is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages in Europe.

Your rights

You can ask at any time which details we hold, have them corrected or erased. E-mail info@jeconcept.be. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
